I am an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:

Out of Network

For out of network plans, the full session fee is due at the time of service. I can complete relevant insurance forms and clients may be reimbursed depending on their policy.


Payment

Payment in cash, check, or money order is accepted.

Clients have the option to pay directly for services rather than use their health insurance.


Questions to Ask Your Insurance

Questions to ask your insurance company prior to making your first appointment:

  • Do I have mental/behavioral health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible and has it been met?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions allowed per calendar year?

  • Does my plan require pre-authorization for outpatient psychological services?

  • For in-network plans, what is my co-pay or co-insurance per session?

  • For out of network plans, will my plan reimburse me for a portion of the session(s)?  

  • Does my plan cover telehealth sessions?
